What is the Walmart Retail Program?

This program places agents in Walmart and Sam’s Club locations during AEP to conduct Medicare enrollment appointments on-site. 

We have a full rundown of the program details that have been announced to date HERE. There are a few notable changes this year:

• New flat-fee cost structure replacing the old per-enrollment model that’s more aligned with performance and simpler to plan around

• Weekly hour requirement reduced from 30 to 20 hours

• All enrollments must go through the Walmart Sunfire retail instance (training support provided)
